Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. All tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at wetmangobrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
