Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • US Orders: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $75.

  • International Orders: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Wet Mango is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
